These terms apply to your use of this website and to anything you buy from it. By using it you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This website is run by Applied Brewing Solutions, Lagos, Nigeria (registered business name, BN 2019917). You can reach us at hello@appliedbrewingsolutions.com.

The content here is general information about our services and about brewing, distilling and beverage production. It is not advice for your particular plant, product or process. We do consulting work only under a written agreement, and we do our best to keep the site accurate but cannot promise it is always complete or up to date.

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract between us. We aim to reply within 24 hours but cannot guarantee it.

  • Prices are in Nigerian naira (₦) and are shown on each product and training session. We may change prices, but not for an order you have already paid for.
  • Payment is taken by Paystack or, where we offer it, by bank transfer to our account. A product order or training booking is confirmed when your payment is confirmed, and we email you a receipt. An order paid by bank transfer is held for a limited time, shown on your invoice. If we do not receive the payment in that time, the order expires and any training places are released.
  • Products can only be ordered while they are shown as in stock. Training places are limited. If a session fills up before your payment is confirmed, we refund your payment in full.
  • We deliver products across Nigeria and West Africa. Delivery is arranged and priced after you order: we contact you to confirm the delivery cost and when to expect your order.

If you need to change or cancel a training booking, or have a problem with a product, email hello@appliedbrewingsolutions.com as soon as you can and we will tell you what we can do. We will publish our full cancellation and returns terms here.

The text, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to Applied Brewing Solutions or are used with permission. You may share links to the site and quote short extracts with credit. You may not copy or reuse the rest without our written permission.

  • Do not use the site for anything unlawful.
  • Do not try to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, or overload it.
  • Do not submit false, abusive or automated messages through the contact form.

The site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp and video platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that results from using this site or relying on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
